The temporary employment agency Franz & Wach, founded in 1996, has since become a Group of companies operating nationwide grow up. The most important area of activity is still temporary staffing, which is carried out in Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH. Today, however, the group of companies also includes F&W Managed Services GmbH, omnium GmbH and the parent company F&W Holding GmbH. All four companies find a home in the new premises in Crailsheim.
Head of Department Dr. Hans-Joachim Hauser, Head of the Department of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Ministry of Economics, Labor and Housing Baden-Württemberg, brought warm greetings from Minister of Economics Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut to the imposing new building and said: "We are proud to have Franz & Wach's headquarters in Baden-Württemberg." With annual sales of 80 million euros, 25 branches and 2,500 employees, the company is one of the 30 largest personnel service providers in Germany and the second largest provider of temporary staffing based in Baden-Württemberg. "Franz & Wach is a trailblazer, innovation leader and pioneer in the staffing services industry."explained Dr. Hauser. As an example of the company's pioneering spirit, he cited mobile recruiting without resumes and uploads, the idea for which originated at Franz & Wach. Today, it is marketed as the 'fastest recruiting app in the world' by sister company omnium GmbH. Together with a diversified customer structure in the less cyclical sectors of consumer goods, logistics, gastronomy or care, this innovative spirit is the reason why Franz & Wach is currently growing against the trend, he said.
Currently, 45 employees of the above-mentioned companies work at the company headquarters. From here, the 25 Franz & Wach Personalservice branches spread throughout Germany are looked after, which act very independently in day-to-day business and also strategically. The head office sees itself as a service provider for its own stores, to support them in employee and customer care. In addition, local/regional projects and large orders are supported by personnel from headquarters.

Newly hired colleagues receive an eight-day introductory seminar during which they get to know the company in detail In addition, they receive intensive training in labor law, collective bargaining agreements and occupational safety. Webinars and video conferencing are now part of everyday life at headquarters. The technical and spatial requirements must be provided for this. Finally, agile working, which is part of the corporate culture, also requires a building structure that promotes interaction between departments. All of this was taken into account in the design of the new company headquarters.
The house also houses the F&W Managed Services GmbH, a company specializing in service provider management for major customers, and the Group company Startup Omnium. The company markets an app that allows applicants to get in touch with their employer of choice quickly, without a resume, and completely anonymously. After all, the new building is also home to the F&W Holding GmbH, which not only handles accounting and internal personnel management for the other companies, but also owns the building.
