Franz & Wach has received two letters in the past few days, because the personnel service provider has received positive attention in independent studies and has accordingly received two employer awards. The company is naturally pleased about these awards, which also make a statement about the fact that the service concept is lived by our employees. At the same time, the management emphasizes that personal feedback from employees is even more important to us than an external award.
The magazine honored a total of 1,000 companies Focus Business recently with the title Top employers in Germany 2020 out. The ranking was based on the Ratings by employees on the kununu rating platform. Only those who achieved an average of at least 3.0 points there and met the Burda publishing house's topicality criteria were even considered. Of the companies identified in this way, the best 1,000 employers received the Top Employer award.
An investigation of the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF) on behalf of Germany test formed the basis for the award Highest fairness on the job. Within the framework of a so-called Social Listening more than 1.75 million entries in social networks and online media were analyzed. In this way, the institute determined which companies are talked about in a particularly positive way. In addition, employees with a Fairness questionnaire towards age, fairness towards gender, fair promotion opportunities and fair pay. The results were ultimately used by the IMWF as the basis for awarding the title.
Andreas Nusko, Managing Director at Franz & Wach Personalservice, sees the two awards as confirmation that his teams have the Taking good care of temporary workers and the Living the idea of service. The nationwide personnel service provider has taken up the corporate values of trust, reliability and transparency. "We are delighted with the two awards and see them as a result of the service we offer our employees. Everyone knows that anonymous ratings on the Internet are not always fair. Anyone who manages to receive above-average ratings has already done a lot right. Ultimately, however, more important to us are the daily discussions with employees and customers, through which we receive direct feedback on our service quality."
