Most recently, the branch team was based in an office in Färbergraben on the edge of the old town. However, the premises there were somewhat cramped and not particularly nice. It was also often very difficult for visitors arriving in their own cars to find a parking space nearby. This alone was reason enough to look for new premises to look around. An additional reason will soon arise, because from 01 March 2023 the branch team will be expanded by a third colleague, so that we can further strengthen our service for applicants, employees and customers.
New office space has now been found in the Richard-Strauss-Strasse 69 (Munich-Bogenhausen; directly west of the Denninger Angers). The rooms are not only very bright, but also equipped with public transportation (U4 and bus lines 59, 187, 188 as well as 189), as the stops Richard-Strauss-Straße and Böhmerwald are only a few hundred meters away. Those who come by car have at least better chances than in the Färbergraben, nearby also a Parking lot to find.
Ralf Eisenbeiß and Tim Swiss were now in Munich and helped the team led by branch manager Nikolina Duric to set up the premises. "These are really nice, bright rooms that make the stay extremely pleasant for applicants who come here for an interview," explains Ralf Eisenbeiß. The rooms are designed according to the Franz & Wach branch concept harmoniously furnished in light colors. The walls are emblazoned with colorful canvases that show the Franz & Wach principles Community, communication, passion, reliability and performance pictorially. There is a waiting area where applicants can fill out a personnel questionnaire in peace over a coffee or water. For the interviews, there are two separate, very bright meeting rooms, where you can have a quiet chat with the recruiters about your career, aspirations and background.
