Andreas Nusko, managing director of Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH, was unanimously elected as a member of the board of the Bundesarbeitgeberverband der Personaldienstleister e.V. on Wednesday in Berlin. The entrepreneur wants to bring itself in the future more strongly into the federation work and its political representation of interests.
The Crailsheim-based personnel service provider has 25 branches throughout Germany. In recent years, the company has shown the greatest growth outside its home region of Heilbronn-Franconia. Andreas Nusko, who started at Franz & Wach in 2004 as a personnel planner and has been entrusted with the management of the company since 2015, sees the commitment as a logical consequence of the company's size: "The framework conditions for personnel services are determined by federal politics. With the BAP, we have good political representation of the industry in Berlin. But the association is dependent on constant input from its member companies. We have therefore decided to further intensify our involvement through constant exchange and cooperation on the board."
