Franz & Wach signs Diversity Charter

We immediately subscribe to the fact that diversity is part of our corporate culture. For example, at the German Diversity Day.

Andreas Nusko from Franz & Wach and Dr. Brigit Buschmann from the Ministry of Economics Baden-Württemberg

What counts for us are professional factors such as work motivation, experience and expertise. Points such as gender, appearance, religion and the like, on the other hand, play no role in the selection of applicants. In everyday life, however, many people still encounter discrimination for this reason, and we are one of the companies that actively combat it. The fact that we consistently implement this is proven, among other things, by the far above-average proportion of colleagues with foreign origins at Franz & Wach. In addition, we see ourselves as a personnel service provider in the role of the Multiplier for diversity into other companies.

But we are going one step further and are now one of over 2,600 companies that have signed the Diversity Charter and are committed to a corporate culture free of prejudice. Our Managing Director Andreas Nusko traveled to the German Diversity Day to sign the charter on behalf of the entire company. We are thus part of an ever-growing group of companies that are taking up the cudgels for more diversity.
