The Entrepreneurs' Alliance for Temporary Employment is initiating an online survey. Employees in the temporary staffing sector will be surveyed.
#VJust under 3 years ago, as of April 1, 2017, the reformed Employee Leasing Act came into force. Among other things, this introduced a maximum transfer period of 18 months and established a legal entitlement to equal pay. At the time of the introduction of the amendment, the German government had already decided to Evaluate after a few years to let. It should be determined what impact the changes actually have on the employees and the companies.
Exactly when this evaluation will be carried out and what figures it will be based on has not yet been published. What is certain, however, is that it will require a good database. The Entrepreneurial Alliance Temporary Employment has therefore decided to create such a database with the help of a survey of employees in temporary employment. In cooperation with the Lueerssen GmbH was a Online questionnaire was developed. This has now been sent out by the participating companies to their employees. The survey will run until February 26. Answering the questions only takes a maximum of 5 minutes and is completely anonymous.
Also Franz & Wach is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Alliance for Temporary Employment and supports the survey of temporary workers. Our employees received an e-mail this week containing a link to the online survey. We hope for a good turnout, because the larger the data base, the more reliable the resulting statements will be.
