On the way to becoming an even better, more successful personnel service provider, no stone is left unturned at Franz & Wach. The goals we have set ourselves are extremely ambitious, and in order to achieve them, we leave nothing untouched. Not even the Management concept.

That is one special feature. The other is the fact that our employees themselves participate in the development of the Franz & Wach leadership concept and help to shape this process, because after all the Personal responsibility and the entrepreneurial thinking of all colleagues in the focus. The most recent store manager meeting was another important interim stage, as the aim was to jointly develop the Guiding rules which are intended to provide orientation in everyday work in a management culture that relies on an exceptionally high degree of freedom of action.

At this meeting, another innovation was also presented that literally has it all: the new Branch concept. Soon you will participate in the first Franz & Wach locations encounter an interior that offers an unimagined feel-good atmosphere and comes up with an even brighter, friendlier character. Here, too, the specialist departments worked hand in hand with branch colleagues in a project group to provide our employees and applicants with a great ambience that meets Franz & Wach's high standards.

Franz & Wach defines itself through its employees, because they live our values in everyday life. Become part of it.
