For the eighth time, the market research institute Lünendonk & Hossenfelder, Mindelheim, has awarded the prestigious B2B Service Awards in the categories of innovation, achievement and lifetime achievement. A high-ranking jury of 15 chief editors and business editors from national media determined the award winners in a secret ballot. "This procedure gives the awards their special value," explains Jörg Hossenfelder, managing partner of Lünendonk & Hossenfelder"because this means that the award winners do not receive the recognition of a single institution, but rather the Appreciation from renowned market observers, some of which have been reporting on the work of the award winners for decades."
With the Innovation Award 2018 Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH, Crailsheim, was recognized for its innovative and Trust-based management model excellent: Few guidelines from headquarters, a lot of responsibility on site. For internal employees, there are trust-based working hours without time recording, no limits on vacation entitlement, and even the time-consuming vacation approvals have been abolished. The teams are managed with relative goals, which they develop from knowledge of the concrete framework conditions and define in dialog with the management.
Managing Director Andreas Nusko accepted the award at a gala event in Frankfurt on March 5, 2018. He sees the award as confirmation that he has positioned the company in line with the future: "Everyone talks about aligning your offering to your customers. But that's precisely what requires employees to be able to engage completely with customers and not be primarily concerned with themselves. So it made sense for us, To abolish specifications and regulations. Today we lead with Trust and values - and the customers thank us with loyalty and more orders." It is obvious that this also makes things more fun for the employees. Performance has risen and staff turnover has fallen.
"The success of the new leadership model is impressive", commented Hartmut Lüerßen, Partner at Lünendonk & Hossenfelder the award. "Despite a tight candidate market, Franz & Wach was able to increase its revenue in 2016 by more than 22 percent to 75.3 million euros, which is above average. By comparison, market growth in the temporary staffing and HR services market in Germany was 6.0 percent in 2016."
The award in the category Performance was received by the company Goldbeck Facility Management, Bielefeld, as one of the fastest-growing real estate service providers in Germany. For his life's work Prof. Dr. Bernd Rolfes (61) received an award. The founder of the management consultancy zeb.rolfes.schierenbeck.associates, Münster, together with its partners, is one of the most successful management consultancies for banks and the financial industry in Germany.
