"Many cooks spoil the broth!" says an old proverb. Many a personnel officer may think the same thing when he receives the invoices and documentation of the personnel service providers used. In fact, it can get quite complicated when a company has to rely on several temporary employment agencies must access in order to meet staffing needs.
