The Corona crisis has already cost many people their jobs. A great many are on short-time working - far more than during the last economic crisis in 2008/2009, for example. Nevertheless, there are also companies, and in some cases even entire sectors, where business is now booming and staff are being recruited. There are also some companies that have already bottomed out and are in the process of slowly ramping up production again.

Temporary staffing is a popular partner for companies, especially in this start-up phase. When order books are only tentatively filling up again, companies are still hesitant about hiring permanent staff. This is where the offer of temporary staffing comes in handy to temporarily lend out personnel. This creates the necessary personnel strength - at the same time, the company remains flexible. If the increase in orders is confirmed and there is no second lockdown, the leased employees can be transferred to the permanent staff at any time.

Franz & Wach has already been commissioned by several companies to provide more personnel again now. This is not surprising, because temporary employment is an early indicator of economic development and Franz & Wach is considered a reliable partner and experienced recruiting service provider. The Franz & Wach branch is currently recruiting heavily for two large companies in the Ansbach area. A renowned food manufacturer is currently looking for production employees as well as skilled workers with a journeyman's certificate in the food trade. In addition, Franz & Wach is looking for warehouse assistants, warehouse specialists and forklift drivers with and without reach truck experience for a large shipping and logistics center on the A6 near Herrieden.
