Focus and Focus Money award Franz & Wach with Innovation Prize 2020.
Innovation awards are usually given to companies that manufacture products. For service companies, it is much more difficult to develop genuine innovations and to be perceived as innovative. Franz & Wach, on the other hand, has been succeeding increasingly well in recent years, as the awarding of the Innovation Prize 2020 by Focus magazine shows.
The magazine has published as part of the Study "Germany's most innovative companies investigated which companies are perceived by the public as being particularly strong in innovation. For this purpose, more than 18 million reports in digital media were evaluated. In the temporary staffing agency category, Franz & Wach Personalservice alone is listed. Based on the study design, this result means that no other staffing service provider is perceived as nearly as innovative as the company from Crailsheim.
The fact that this is the case is, in the eyes of our Managing Director Andreas Nusko, Managing Director no wonder: "We may be one of the large companies in the industry, but we still cultivate the innovative spirit of the medium-sized business at Franz & Wach. Thus, we try to grasp the developments of the market and the needs of companies at an early stage and flexibly adapt our services. True to our guiding principle of always enabling people and companies to develop further."
Already two years ago, Franz & Wach received a Innovation Award for its leadership model based on trust and empowerment. At the same time, the teams at the branches are given maximum freedom in terms of business management and organization. According to the management, temporary employees and customers in particular benefit from this, namely through proximity and flexibility.
Currently, the company offers under the title Managed service providerMSP for short, offers another innovation in the service sector. The service was developed in response to the restrictions that have been introduced in temporary employment in recent years.
