The Crailsheim-based personnel service provider achieves the second-highest reputation in the industry in a study. The Managing Director believes the company is well equipped for the coming years.
The Institute for Economic and Management Research conducted a study of German companies on behalf of Deutschlandtest and Focus-Money. It examined the reputation of more than 3,000 companies in terms of sustainability, management, service, performance as an employer and profitability. For this purpose, the institute evaluated more than 17.6 million mentions in digital media. Among the staffing service providers, Franz & Wach from Crailsheim in the Hohenlohe region of Germany was the second-best company in the sector.
Clear, smart and competent in competition
Managing Director Andreas Nusko sees the reasons for the excellent performance in the stringent business policy. This is based on the corporate values of trust and reliability. These values are particularly important for customers and employees in an industry characterized by flexibility.
