The Crailsheim-based personnel service provider achieves the second-highest reputation in the industry in a study. The Managing Director believes the company is well equipped for the coming years.
The Institute for Economic and Management Research conducted a study of German companies on behalf of Deutschlandtest and Focus-Money. It examined the reputation of more than 3,000 companies in terms of sustainability, management, service, performance as an employer and profitability. For this purpose, the institute evaluated more than 17.6 million mentions in digital media. Among the staffing service providers, Franz & Wach from Crailsheim in the Hohenlohe region of Germany was the second-best company in the sector.
Managing Director Andreas Nusko sees the reasons for the excellent performance in the stringent business policy. This is based on the corporate values of trust and reliability. These values are particularly important for customers and employees in an industry characterized by flexibility. As a further guiding value of the company, cleverness stands for meeting the challenges of the labor market with experience, cleverness and openness to new trends. Competent consulting rounds off the range of services. It has become necessary due to the high complexity of the legal requirements for temporary employment.
Andreas Nusko sees himself and his company on the right track: "The good work of the past years is paying off for us. It's nice that customers honor this and give us good ratings. We are very pleased to receive this impressive award." The company is one of the 30 largest providers of temporary staffing in Germany. According to the managing director, the high reputation should help him to continue to grow.
