The Institute for Economic and Management Research conducted a study of German companies on behalf of Deutschlandtest and Focus-Money. It examined the reputation of more than 3,000 companies in terms of sustainability, management, service, performance as an employer and profitability. For this purpose, the institute evaluated more than 17.6 million mentions in digital media. Among the staffing service providers, Franz & Wach from Crailsheim in the Hohenlohe region of Germany was the second-best company in the sector.
