The personnel service provider Franz & Wach receives an award as company of the year from Focus Money magazine. This is based on a nationwide study, the results of which are now available.
The economy in Germany has been properly shaken up by the Corona pandemic. "Many companies have suffered massive losses in terms of sales, revenue and earnings. These shocks make a fresh start necessary in 2022." With these words, the authors of Deutschlandtest justify the starting point for a study, the results of which were published in Focus magazine in January. For this purpose, scientists had carried out an extensive analysis of publicly available sources on the Internet and incorporated the results of previous studies on customer service, value for money and sustainability.
The undisputed winner in the temporary staffing and personnel services sector is Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH. The Crailsheim-based company was able to hold its own very well during the Corona phase and even expand its business. According to the company, both sales and the number of employees developed positively over the years 2020 and 2021 despite interim short-time work. Managing Director Andreas Nusko blames this primarily on the broad positioning in the market. "Fortunately, we are not dependent on a specific industry, such as the automotive industry, but have customer companies in very different sectors. If one customer is experiencing a slump in orders, another is benefiting from the general situation and needs additional staff. And since we can't send a machine operator on short-time work from Heilbronn to Nuremberg to work in food production, we've been forced to employ more people." The bottom line is that the company is therefore heading for the end of the pandemic with more employees and even more customers.
