Again and again Franz & Wach is committed to social projects and disadvantaged groups. Within the framework of the campaign "24 Christmas miracles for the region", the staffing services provider is once again committed to Diversity and equal opportunities values that are very important to Franz & Wach. The company sees itself as Bridge builder to the working world. This applies in principle to people of all professions, all origins and all ages. However, it is particularly often people who, for individual reasons, find it difficult to find employment on the labor market and who are then given a chance through Franz & Wach. The goal is always to support people in their personal development and thus create better prospects for the future.

Our basic attitude, which is also reflected in our Mission Statement expressed is the following: For Franz & Wach, personnel services are more than just filling positions. We enable people and companies to develop.So we wanted to support a project that fits our values and our mission statement. We have found this project. We have decided to support the work of the so-called preparatory classes at the Albert Schweitzer High School where children with an immigrant background receive special support. This work is also aimed at personal development and better opportunities for the future. The project is therefore an excellent fit with Franz & Wach's corporate values.

The campaign "24 Christmas miracles for the Crailsheim region" is organized by the companies omnium, Man First, the City marketing Crailsheim and the Hohenloher Tagblatt. The aim is to present regional companies that are socially involved in the region during the Christmas season. Many large and small companies in Crailsheim and the region are taking part - including Franz & Wach. The campaign is also supported by athletes, artists and celebrities who draw attention to the campaign with a video message.

The companies, the supported groups and the video messages of companies, supporters and donation recipients can be found in the social networks Facebook and Instagram, as well as collected on the website www.omnium.de/weihnachtswunder
